Adapt Performance 1 Program (AP1)
Program Outline (AP1)
AP1 is our first goaltending development program of the 2025 off-season designed for all minor hockey goaltenders of all age groups and skill levels. This program is designed to begin your off-season development focusing on your foundation.
This means prioritizing habits and repetition over results and focusing on movement skills such as crease movement, edgework and agility. Prioritizing habits like tracking, rebound control and response to train your brain to respond to certain situations in certain ways. We want to train your body and your brain to move in harmony allowing your overall performance to improve.
This development program will lead directly into our AP2 Program to ensure that you are finishing your off-season with a stronger and well-rounded toolbox that leads to automatic reactions without thinking.
On Ice Video Analysis
Our coaches will review your live reps and provide immediate feedback to allow you to make the necessary improvements right away and to take charge of your development.
We will show you exactly what went well and what can be improved so you’re ready on your next set.
On Ice Development Groups
All groups will be a max of 2 goalies at each net and 10 students on the ice each week.
OD1 Groups - U9/U11/U13/U15/U18
- Goaltenders will be grouped by age and skill level

- Individual Weekly Rate $70 + HST
- Full 9 Week Program $630 + HST
